Grilled sourdough toasts with burrata or smoked salmon, colourful breakfast bowls, pancakes and the Turkish breakfast spread. Under rattan lamps, at your own pace, for as long as you like.

How to find us

Arndtstraße 1, 30167 Hannover

Tram lines 6 and 11 and buses 100 and 200 stop at Christuskirche, just a few steps away. From the main station it is about a 15-minute walk.

Rattan, arches and lots of light

Come to Arndtstraße and you sit under woven rattan lamps, on chairs with Viennese cane or on the long, light bench. Niches glow in the arches of the wall, plants line the window. Bright by day, warm in the evening.

Café Bohoo is owner-run and sits right in the Nordstadt, between Welfengarten and Klagesmarkt. The tram stops just around the corner at Christuskirche.

FAQ

Can I book a table?

Yes. The easiest way is to call us on +49 511 790 95 018, daily between 9 am and 4 pm. At the weekend we strongly recommend booking. Outside opening hours you can send us a request through the contact form and we will get back to you.

Until when is breakfast served?

The full menu is available every day until 3:30 pm. After that, coffee, cake and drinks are served until 4 pm.

Do you have vegan dishes?

Yes. Vegan Shakshuka, Veggie Garden, Hummus Mushroom Bread, Bulgur Vegan and Porridge Vegan are vegan. We can make the breakfast bowls vegan with oats, and Love Mama comes with vegan yoghurt on request. For coffee we have oat and soy milk.

Can I have a gluten-free breakfast?

Every sourdough toast is available on gluten-free bread (+ €1.90). Please note: the gluten-free bread is prepared on the same grill as our other bread, so it is not suitable for people with coeliac disease.

Where can I find allergens and additives?

Every dish is labelled on the printed menu. You can download it here as a PDF (in German). Our team is happy to help on site.

We are coming as a larger group. Is that possible?

Of course. Please call ahead so we can put tables together. For birthdays or a team breakfast, our breakfast for two, Crazy in Love, works well, also several times over.
