2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When a page is requested, Vercel automatically processes data that your browser transmits and that is technically necessary to deliver the website:
- IP address
- date and time of the request
- page requested and amount of data transferred
- previously visited page (referrer)
- browser type, browser version and operating system
This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data sources and is only stored for as long as necessary for operation and security.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel under Art. 28 GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA in this context. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so an adequacy decision of the European Commission applies (Art. 45 GDPR); the EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition.
3. No cookies, no tracking
We do not set cookies and do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts and images are loaded from this website's own server, not from third parties. The location map is an image based on OpenStreetMap data, not an embedded map; viewing it transfers no data to map services.
Whether you chose to see vegan dishes only in the menu is just part of the address bar (parameter “?vegan=1”). Nothing is stored in your browser for this.
4. Contact by phone, email and contact form
If you call us or send us an email, we process your details (for example name, phone number, email address, preferred date and message) to handle your request or booking. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where a booking or contract is concerned, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
The contact form on this website does not send any data itself. When you submit it, your own email app opens with a prepared message; we only receive your details once you send it.
We delete your data as soon as it is no longer needed for handling your request, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Links to other services
This website contains plain links to Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Lieferando. Simply visiting our website transfers no data to these services. Only when you click a link do you go to the respective provider's service, where its privacy policy applies.
6. Your rights
You have the right at any time to
- access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
Simply contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is: Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
7. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
